A technology brand in machine vision and AI
Specto is a machine vision and AI brand operating within Medeniyet Teknopark. It develops its own models and runs projects end to end, from feasibility to production.
It provides factories and manufacturers with machine vision-based defect detection, surface inspection and automated quality control solutions. Each system is designed specifically for the company’s product and production line, and built on Specto’s in-house software and electronics. If suitable equipment is available in the facility, it is integrated into the system; if not, the complete system, including cameras, lighting, electronics and software, is supplied turnkey.

What we do

Machine vision and AI models
Models are trained on the company’s own production images for the relevant products and defect types, and run on-premises.

Imaging system design
The camera, lens and lighting setup is defined according to the product’s geometry, surface structure and production speed.
- 03
Electronics development
The company’s existing electronics infrastructure is assessed; the required control and trigger hardware is developed by Specto.
- 04
Installation and integration
The system is connected to existing equipment through the PLC and sensors, or installed turnkey; operator training and technical support are provided after commissioning.
Working principles
How we approach projects
Tailored systems, commissioned quickly
Every system is designed specifically for the company’s product, production line and quality criteria. Specto’s in-house software and electronics shorten the commissioning time.
Data stays on-premises
Models are trained on the company’s own images and run on the company’s own computer. Production images are not transferred outside the facility.
End-to-end responsibility
Preliminary assessment, imaging system, electronics, software and commissioning are all handled by the same team.

Support and programs
Specto’s R&D work is supported under the TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB support programs. Specto holds the Teknogirişim Badge and operates within Medeniyet Teknopark. It is a member of the NVIDIA Inception and Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub programs.
