The final check before a product is shipped is the most direct way to reduce customer complaints and returns. Specto inspects the assembled or packaged product in its final state.
The presence and position of parts such as screws, clips, seals and components, as well as lid seating, label presence and packaging integrity, can be verified at the same station.
Inspection points are defined for each product. Separate profiles are created for different products running on the same station, and the relevant profile is selected according to production.
